Something isn't right here.  I have met IceMonkey99999, but there is a person also on the server with the Minecraft username Smalllaxplaya.  Who is who?  There is no sharing of accounts.
Also, that recommendation I gave you for BR was over a week ago, two weeks ago, back in Thorn, meaning it is invalid.  Recommendations only last for 3 days.  That and you also have only one community recommendation.  Denied.
