Me and Port already told Ange that Mods and SMods cannot give BR recommendations, only Admins and above can.  Mods and SMods can accept or deny BR applications though.  I don't know if you got Ange to give you this recommendation before we told him or not, so I don't know whether to tell you to reapply, or that you are denied.  Ill have to talk with Ange and Port.

I would like to have BR so i'll be able to build once again and/or help others building.

No, I am in the prosses on creating a new one, and start slowly with 1 house and when/if people joins i will expand it slowly.
