Being banned from an admin and seeing others getting banned by admins made me want to make this topic. Here are ways to deal with admins and to talk to admins about being banned from a non-admin's point of view.
When talking to an admin:
Keep it polite.
Never, ever, ever question them. EVER!
Don't ask for an excessive amount of favours.
Don't bring up old problems too much.
When fighting with an admin
Keep the caps lock off.
Don't get angry, stay neutral.
Don't accuse them of anything.
If you can't come to an agreement, stop the argument and say they are right, even if they're not.
When you have been banned an admin
State why you believe you should be unbanned politely
Once again, if they are not going to unban you through reason, just say they are right.

Clarification - Don't argue mundane bullshit. If you actually have support and actually did nothing wrong, you've got the right to argue.
Get it stickied, but remove the no questioning policy. But oh well, I guess every ragechild won't read this.

If an admin does give you the help/items/the teleport you want, thank them! Its never fun when it seems like people take you for granted.
