Opening a new bank account now doubles your first deposited item! For free!

The Bank of Aceon was started to encourage trading and item storage with rewards.
The bank works with an loan system, and haves a  interest system. The goal is to expand and provide a bank in multiple locations and encourage the use of it and to encourage of creating an economy.

There is currently one bank, it's on the path from Hamlet/Victory Bay to Haven and the Consortium
In the future more banks will be made.

Each bank account holder haves his own vault, protected by a series of locks. Guarantying safety of the items/resources you deposited.


Your deposited items/resources will be returned upon withdrawing, no scam or abuse will occur. Confirmed by Blackstar/Cloud87

Interests system:
How does the interest system works?
The value of the item is determined by the amount of resource cost for it to craft (Incase of tools and other crafted materials),
the rareness of the item/resource, the global amount of the item/resource and the amount of the item that was deposited. (Example; Dirt is everywhere, it's very obvious that it isn't worth much, but it's value can increase in the amount that was deposited.)
How does the value increase?
These value increases when the item/resource is deposited for a certain period of time, and may get doubled by the bank.
(A more detailed item/resource list will get added later to show the average value of an specific item and how much time it takes to be doubled by interests.


Loan system:
Loaning? How does it work?
The loan system itself is very easy, the amount of the item that was loaned will get an +5% loan fee or higher, based on its value. An specific date of payback will be discussed between each loaner. (Incase of abuse I will use admin powers to solve the situation)

There is also a bank already located in DEAP, for those in either the Druchii Empire or the Auctus Provectum, who wish to use it.

This bank is very good! I recommend it!

I built a Bank in the merchant district of victory bay, i really wish you had asked to use that, it even has a lower level that could easilly be made into a series of vaults. if you want to set up, with in the city, closer to the players, and where the stores will (hopefulyl) set up, feel free to Become the official bank of Victory Bay.

How will you be paying interest?  Are you going to have an actual reserve, or will you just spawn all interest as it's accumulated?

The bank has reserves (I mined for 2 hours yesterday and chopped every tree behind the bank. which I replanted)

We're still looking for any bankers, guards or possible other jobs.

Vault tester/robber?

Is this bank limited only to members of certain factions, or is this bank more of an international bank of sorts? I think an international bank with currency exchange services would be great. Also, I think a marketplace dedicated specifically to shops regardless of faction would be good as well.

Theres a marketplace in Victory Bay about 20 blocks away from the bank. It's open to all factions though the only problem is we need merchants and if we get alot we can expand the marketplace. The market place right now is part of a building and if we get enough merchants I sort of wanted to make stalls on the streets to make it so that you can work your way up to the shops in the building. Oh and the bank is open for all factions I believe.

with the Merchant district in victory bay, It's currently owned by Novarium, but that is to stop griefers, Anyone interested in setting up shop, Contact Me, or demonizer with a pm.

I might be interested in starting a general store with the profits going to benefit Legion.
Also, I don't know where Victory Bay and the bank and market are located. If you could get me the coordinates sometime and maybe help me set up a spot for a shop, that'd be great.

Today I found out that an operator/admin broke into the bank by abusing and using his compass and literally stole everything.
All the doors were protected by lockette, yet everything is gone.
I apologize to everyone who stored and I will be refunding.

if I find out what operator/admin did this, I'm not done with you yet.

Are the signs of what we kept stored still there, or am I going to have to recite what I stored in the bank via memory?

Most are gone, I think there's actually only one left.

I would recommend getting a hold of current world files from whoever hosts the server, use a cartographer tool to locate all chests in the world, and search them all in-game. A routine check such as this would eliminate contraband.

Well, I already asked Lockette logs. Since all the doors were lockette.

Shit like this has been happening for about a month.

Our shit has been disappearing as well, albeit not as frequently.

I'd like to point out that though the bank is a part of Novarium now, it Is open to all races, magic or not, and regardless of faction. (( no worries, we ain't stealing yo dosh.))
