1. The map is being made smaller, check the pinned thread up above, because everyone agrees that people move too far away from each other, and need to be close together to roleplay. I didn't forbid people from leaving the city, at all, Arefu's main character died in an expedition, jagger and F_O_S went out on picnics/other (date?) stuff, we had miners who went out, explorers, carpenters(lumberjacks). Me and Port forbade anyone from making a house or faction far away from the city in fear that it would spread roleplayers away from each other. We had people living outside the city, in the village.
2. Again, above, I never forbade anyone to leave the city, and the only people I denied being their character were people who wanted to play creepers, oozes, demons, et cetera, stupid things that didn't make sense in the context of the server, and of course Port forbade furry characters.

"Leaving (probably forever this time)" Not really the kind of thread title you make when you are dedicated to the server. Normal people make LOA threads (I am leaving for a time because I am super busy, I don't know when I will be back, but I will!), you made a, 'leave forever thread.' I am currently a full time student in University, Port full time in College, and we still find time to keep the server going. I am pretty sure you could find some time to, not even do anything hard, play on the server.
Hell Feerman made a post to let us know he was going to be busy with school, same with other people, and unless you are being conscripted into the army or having your computer physically taken away, I really don't see why you couldn't even stay active on the forums.
Regardless, all this does nothing, and I am legitimately glad you came back to the server, its just a shame its been down for so long, I can feel withdrawal setting in, lol.
