For those people who are new to HGN an are interested in Rp but have to wait to be white-listed even longer now that we have to wait for the bukkit an what not to be updated , may i recommend some of HGN's entertainment forums . There seems to be a topic out there for everyone , ranging from just funny thread games to f-roleplay(text Rp sounds boring i know but give it a look you might like it) , or talk about your favorite tv shows or anime .
Im just putting it out there for those who are new to HGN an are interested in really becoming part of this great community .

I feel bad for the next person who has to check the whitelist. Its been piling up to a gargantuan proportion of players waiting for it. Oh Notch, I really hope you dont turn into Garry Newman breaking your game with updates.
It seems lately people have been flooding Aceon with app's . My guess is now that Minecraft has been out this long people are bored of the whole survival an build servers so they seem to be branching off into Rp ...
like Ive seen alot of app's with no Rp experience .

Well I am still waiting for Bucky to check the apps, but since he isn't doing it somehow I might get another person to do it.

She said that she had already wrote down a bunch of people she thinks are good apps on a piece of paper , so yea I would say theres no other better person for the job atm than her .
I'm still waiting to get white-listed, but if, and god forbid, my app isn't accepted, can I submit another one? Or will y'all just omit it?

We are very careful with who we choose on the whitelist and should probably be even stricter with the applications being put forward. We want good roleplayers, not people who just want to build or grief.
I know what you mean. I really hope I get whitelisted. I got into roleplaying with DnD, and Minecraft is my favorite game. Combine the two... well, I searched for rp servers. One costs money, and one is dead. This one looks promising, and I hope I don't have to spend more hours looking for another good server.
I don't know anybody on here yet, but I like to meet new people, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I wonder who's idiotic enough to charge money for admission to an almost-freeware server client. Like, really. Is it THAT amazing?
Well, it was pretty amazing-sounding. It was Tales of Mel-Lenxia. They take the role-playing seriously, and there is a political system and economy and everything. I think the money is so that only people who are serious about playing are let in. It also lowers the amount of people who apply to join.
I just don't think you should have to pay to play a server. Maybe it just means that high-quality servers are high in demand.
