That was the plan, originally, I would have had this guy be the grand imperator of all doom, or the evil villain, and i thought, hey, lets go with traditional evil villains, pale, smirk, long flowing capes, etc, etc. Now, he's just  apetty aristocrat who has to get his felt lined gloves a little dirty. Oh, and he's an expert in all forms of fighting.
