He continues to list off strange torture ways, which I am not comfortable with. Since I have given him this leverage, I want to quit this server to not give him a chance to use it.

In the few times I viewed player list, Hessen (Holy Melon Crusader), would have a score of 1 or more.
I'm not saying it shows proof of DMing, but it does show that he generally kills at least 1 person while on. At least when I check.

If you feel so strongly against Hessen and you feel that he is doing is wrong and against the server, then again, post a ban application for him. Things get sorted that way. Jake is a TO he does not authorise bans, or cutch or anyone else for that matter. I do that. So either state your claim, continue playing or wonder off but the chance was there.
I'm going to go with the last option: wander off.

Even the Enclave are nice enough to just do a /me shot to the head, and if a player complies to the /me they can leave under New Life Rule.
We only shoot players that attempt to 'minge' run off, or fight back with guns.

I was talking with him for the past 2 hours to hear his side.
It sounds like there is a bit more to this then it seems.
He does have a bad image attached to his name. Like a bad first impression.
The way he put it, sounded like he is the only leading FRA, alone. Supposedly Cutch isn't around and Hessen doesn't exactly trust his subordinates to do anything. Leading a faction can be stressful. Stress turns to bad decisions.

Acepie isn't actually doing this as the rules told him to, and as Exile already said go make a ban request and put all your evidence on there with your supporting members. Don't randomly make a post about yourself ragequiting it only makes you look like a little minge-rage kid.
