If they are in then i will presume you are both serious about leading and managing the ecologist.

No Aresty, the havent met the subdeadline so this assignment will be canceled, they havent even come to me to explain why or apologise as to why they havent gotten it the assignments in, so; i'm currently seeking a new leader.

I've done my part while I was the only leader. I laid back a bit and allowed Comrade to do whatever he needed to "Do" and I also already told him I would be doing more fourm work if needed than IC work. I've tried as well to keep the ecologists active when it was my turn, but they failed to respond. (I mean look at the activity check I did. Many people did not respond and yet they're somehow still on the roster, they might have confirmed it with you that they were away but yeah...) I apologize if you think I'm doing an inadequate job but I had stuff going on over here as well.
