Just a idea

If we indeed moved to Rostok or a area like that I figured we have instead of Duty basicly controling the area we have certain parts of the town belong to certain factions like freedom side and etc. I was thinking there is another group that would police the area like Commisar's Makarov character which is a mobster or a person like Fellow or some other group, as well factions could debate and perhaps try to claim in the town. As well we could have mutant/monolith attacks on the city. This is the basic idea ill add more later as I get more of a good idea on the topic.

The faction was let go due to the amount of players we currently have. Stop trying to make it out that we destroyed it due to faction inactivity or some other bullshit. The faction will STAY inactive until Last Exile allows it to be restarted again once we gain enough players for such a thing.
