The 105th Ukrainian Black Fire Division is a well trained and disciplined force. They are trained every day and are hand picked by high command for this tedious task of guarding the Zone's borders from criminals, scavengers, anarchists and all the like. They are the most feared and unstoppable force and the actions of it's troops reflect this.

Rules
1) Follow orders from superiors without question.
2) Any superior is expected to be greeted with a salute. 
3) Do not speak unless spoken to.
4) First and last things out of your mouth to a CO is Sir. (Sir, yes sir!)
5) There are no off base patrols without accompanied by a Junior Sergeant and up.
6) Enlisted are not to make any major decision without consent of an NCO or CO.
7) You are to collect any assets that become available to you during your patrols and turn them in to the designated quartermaster.
8 ) Any and all gear you pick up from fights or find lying around must be turned in to Doomburger. Keeping gear for yourself will be punished with a PK.
9) Betraying the faction and leaving ICly by running requires authorization from TheAndyShandy. Otherwise you are automatically sentenced to a PK, and will be kicked from within it.
10) Releasing prisoners of war or aiding in the escape of factional prisoners without the major's consent OOCly or ICly will be punished with a PK, along with blacklisting.
11) You are not to return any gear dropped during a fight unless told to do so by TheAndyShandy.
12a) All enlisted are to use standard gear. Using of NATO weaponry or anything other that what was assigned to you will result in punishment.
12b) The Berill suit is for the rank of JSgt. and greater, at no point should anyone below an NCO be wearing one. If you have one, turn it in immediately.
13) Enlisted may only be on their characters when TWO Enlisted ranks are online and all together, or ONE CO. If neither requirement is met, you are not permitted to be on your military character.
14) You may not work for any opposing faction on your other characters.
15) You are expected to dedicate most of your time to your military character, regardless of what other characters you may have.


By joining this faction and accepting the terms of agreement, you are subjected to any and all punishment seen fit if you break any of these rules. We're here to maintain discipline and to set an example.
