What Are We?
The Remnants of Pheonix City's Government, prepared for the Long Run, we are here to restore Integrity, and defend any leftover Civillians for the sake of the Next Generation.


What do we Do?
We set up Sanctuaries that are virtually impregnable, Encourage RP, and defend against MOST factioners.
In short, we are a bunch of scared officials, forced to take matters into our own hands.

No, it's more or less the remnants of PhoenixCity banding together to create Shelters, seeing as you didn't bother to wipe the Characterbase.

Yeah but, it basicly sounds like an unoffical Vanguard...I mean Vanguard are the remains of the National Guard/Emergency Services who set up Shelters/Camps/Checkpoints. Your group are Goverment (EG: FBI) who do the same...
