Stalker Npcs?

http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=39801

Are they any good? I'm going to download and see, tell me if they're worth doing so.

Hm, the question(s) is:
1.If you would see these in the server would you RP killing them?
2.How could you stop a minge from killing them and taking the fallen weapons?
3.Lag.
4.Usefulness.

Along with other smaller questions and worries that I'm to damn lazy to bring up, someone else can bring other concerns up.
Sorry if I sound like I'm not giving this idea a chance, just pointing these out before people get all happy and then suddenly hate them.

I got freaky with the Photoshop and got this...

Who the fuck would rp killing them? seriously.
If you're gonna worry about minges killing them and taking guns then you might as well not bother at all. If this type of thing is gonna be brought up everytime we have this discussion, it's never gonna happen.
Two things on lag, if the admin is a total retard and makes like 60 of them, then he shouldn't make them at all.
If the server lags from 20 NPCS, then....Ugh I dunno what to tell you.
UBER USEFUL.

But we need someway of controlling them in movement wise, such as factions. For example have freedom npcs follow the leader, or have some kind of swep of commanding them to move somewhere or attacking something?

Someone did make a tool to command HL2 npcs but I don't know if it would work with these....

Edit: I found it. Here's the link. http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=35751

it does work alex, used them on them before and you can choose if they walk or run and more. Fun tool to use...
