The East Central Commonwealth Indepedent Radio Station was founded ten years ago by Steven Black, the son of a merchant who settled down in the local town, utilizing his fathers scraps to start a radio station that, while friendly, generates an income by housing several different groups of people, ranging from the Brotherhood of Steel to the New California Republic. In addition to Steven Black, there are several assistants, guards, and technicians that help run the show. Now, in the present, radiation and age has take its toll as he gets up only to eat, sleep, and shit.
