Superhero RP

What this RP would consist of:

Features:
Able to choose preference of Good, Evil, or Neutral
Fly around, killing bad guys (Npcs), fighting other people, or just Rping a superhero/villain
Able to choose your own powers (So everyone is a unique character)
Ability to weaken peoples powers
You can buy extra pieces for your clothes (IE Cape, Dark suit, Belt)
Regenerate powers - They run out (Stamina)
Powers that do not kill, but stun. (IE Your not dead but out of commission, Powers deactivated)
Powers that do kill will be granted to trusted players/people who apply.

Preferences:
Good
Evil
Neutral
Evil Superhero (good gone bad)
Military
Mutant

To prevent minges from going around spamming powers, you would have to apply for a flag/flags that lets you have grander powers. Otherwise your left with good old regular powers that some modern superheros/villains have (IE Punches, short bursts of energy)

Possible Character traits (What they can look like/become):
Shape-shifter
Superman
Crime lord
Silver Knight (This would only be for him :D)
Robot/Robot suit (IRON MAN)
Regular Person
Karate Man
Gunman (Sorta like Duke Nukem or something else)
Human Torch (Someone who is fire player-model and on fire)
Spider-man

Won't this become a huge minge spamming fest?
No, for greater powers you apply for flags. Otherwise your left with punching and flight/regular power.

What do you guys think of this idea? i will try to expand more possibilities on this.
