Specialist roles and squads need to be enforced in an appropriate way.

As in, i suggest two squads, and two only, and specialist exclusive to each squad.

Theres alot of random people that apply and you never see again, anyway we can come up with a way to counter that?

Blacklisting anyone who does that, I will report them to the leaders of any faction they attempt to join afterwards.

We should consider passing out IC berets that are colored according to ranks/jobs/specialties. Black is standard for many countries now a days. Light blue for NCO's maybe, ect ect

This is a complaint about high ranking activity, ive been on most of the week.
The only High ranking officer i have infact seen is Klp.
Where are the leaders?
Me and doom have more or less been leading the garrison for a while.

Stop STKing everyone within line of sight of the bunker. I was on tonight and like 5 people got STK'd who were hanging out in Silo 3 and others were gunned down in the forest as far away as the mini bunker. STK is fine if STALKERs are actively attacking/trying to jump the doomfence but only after they get a warning. What I saw tonight was DMing, plain and simple. Tell your guys to stop shooting everything that moves unless it demonstrates hostile intent first.

It should be STM always enless they do not move/walk away or actively begin approaching.

Make it clear that military stalker counts as military *cough* Strelok *cough* I'm sure strelok knows why :) also I'm going to suggest to Celtic that maybe we should lay off attacking military if you guys would lay off attacking us. Cause icly it makes little sense mainly because militaries job is to keep stalkers from crossing into the zone not to attack a bunch of weed heads. It also makes little ic sense because it didn't happen in the accual game or rather if they did it was on rare occasion since freedom was so deep into the zone it would be a waste of time and resources. What would be nice, is to see military accually patroling the fence and harrassing stalkers

Although I know that patroling the fence is the Military's job, I don't see why we have to? I mean, we can simply shoot a warning shot, or yell at people to go back

All I see is everyone on the gate if nothing is happening, instead of 'in-base' RP which could prove to be good fun.
For example, bunks & foot lockers are assigned, everything needs to be laid out in a specific manner upon the bed, along with the standard things such as clean uniform, weapon & boots at inspection time.

I'll give some more suggestions to Doom when he's next online, and give him some footage of 'Bad Lads Army' which displays some of my ideas.

Maybe keep enlisted numbers bigger than the officer numbers.
There is no sense if military will have everyone as officers with the flags.
Maybe 2 'cruits for 1 officer ?
