Police jail man for assualting wife with a hamburger

Lucie man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his wife with a hamburger during an argument.

Daniel Boss, 25, and his wife reportedly got into fight late Thursday. As tempers flared Boss' wife reportedly got so angry she poured her soda onto his burger. Police say Boss then picked it up and rubbed it in her face and then started throwing food.

Boss left, but his wife went to the police station and filed a report against him.

Officers arrested Boss three hours later and charged him with misdemeanor domestic battery.
