STALKER Down (Source Exploit)

As of today, the group "chrisaster" (The alias they used) launched an attack on source. The exploit before was never fully fixed by Valve so it appears we all got kicked up the butt. The hack somehow got onto our server, probably through someone joining. It's done nothing major, so it appears, other than make the server "unplayable" as it loads up rickroll. I have removed this hack, reported it onto Facepunch, where i have heard other communities have been affected (Sass, rebeltec etc). But alas, even reinstalling both the server, and my local gmod, it's still there somehow.

Until theres a fix for this, our Stalker server will remain down, we may put up something else in the meantime for entertainment. On a steady note, Hostels working on a "special" map project and im working on RAD2, which is coming along nicely. We would appeciate it if you would donate to keep us afloat, all we know is that theres going to be a fix within the month, but we need your continued support even when the server is down to stay up.

On a side note, the troll community's leader on "RebelTech.Net" confirms what RebelTech really is:

Cause valve decided to be panseys and not fix the source bug, besides, like i said, any community which doesn't have FastDL set up, gets fucked, we didn't have it set up at the time...

It's weird that reinstalling didn't fix. Did it somehow get into your pc outside of steam games?

Im guessing it was implanted elsewhere in some addons that i had or it was inserting it when the server came back online via a bot.
