Problem(Help!)

For example, when I read an application, and then I want to modify it, I can't.

Once I've scrolled down abit and then clicked where I want to write something(Like the end of the post), the "scroller" somehow moves up the post to the over half of it. So I can't write anything below it, if I've scrolled down. I can only read it but if I click in the text, it suddenly moves up again.

Sorry for the bad writing but I'm not sure how to explain it.

Anyone know how to fix it?

This happens to me when I am not using quick reply.. I think when Silverknight you modified the background, something fucked up and made it so when you are down to the bottom of a "Reply", it automatically scrolls up or spazzes out.

Yeah that's what is happening to me.
