Check in at least on the forums.
If you see someone active on their eco and they have no posted, please tell them to post or post saying you saw them. I don't care if its short notice, if they're gone for an extended period of time they should have notified me.

All persons marked inactive will be removed from the roster by 22NOV2009.

Agreed.. 3 weeks of praying to get accepted, or atleast get the application reviewed and still nothing :/
