A Letter .// IC thread

** A letter lays on Gavin Dawns desk, the Ecological field research leader in the Zone, the letter is made of a fine, high-grade paper sealed with a wax symbol that resembles two letters in a fancy writing saying "TU", inside seems to be the following.

Dear G. Dawn

Ecologists, this is a member of the TU, named Wine, I'm as Vintage as they come and I'd like to support you financially and physichally, how you are probably wondering? Well I'm gonna list dat' below.

Now excuse my informallities, I'm not to experiencd in that department but the text below may intrest you a bit more than this.

I aim to help you with my many stalker friends, merc friends and faction friends, I know you have the Millitary but it wouldnt help to have some more help right? I have friends with Exos, SEVAs, normal stalker suits and a wide array of people on my side and they'll all usually help for a bit of cash I have in my wallet.

I have a helicopter authorised by the Millitary so I wont get shot down that. Black Rains highest level Mercenaries can use, suchr as the Leader and a mysterious mercenary named "BR Merc" and "Punisher", I know that BR and Feng know how to fly it, but I aint sure on Punisher.

I'll also be able to sell you better weaponry for a slightly decreased price, and I may be able to get some SEVAs to ya' for a cut price, but it aint a promise, SEVAs aint cheap but a discount is a discount.

I'll also make a donation to the Ecologists to, a large one that all scientists can get a big o' cash out of the donation so, just incase your government isnt paying you alot, Uncle Wine is always here to support ye'.

Also able to supply Eco-stalkers for a cut-price to, if you have any new Eco-stalkers send em my way, but please dont make me sell stuff to people you dont trust, send me only Eco-stalkers that are in it to help, not day-old stalkers, I'll only sell discounted items to experienced Eco-stalkers.

** The word "Wine" is written at the bottom, at a close examination the word seems to be written in actual Wine, it would also explain the smell to.

Doubt the Ecologists would be funded by an illegal organization, when we should be funded by the government and military.
We just need money from the admins to represent Government salaries.

While it does not FIT the cannon to hire illegal workers such as mercenaries and bandits, there is nothing in the lore or canon saying we can't.

That said, hiring a mercenary to steal artifacts is a completely legitimate option, even the leader of the Ecologist team can't control all of what the workers do, seeing as many of them have their own mind-set and way of thinking and dealing with problems.
