I can vouch for Kieck, Dug, Ice and Hot being active, I myself need to actually get active ._. But again its the universal problem thats unavoidable, its that "No Dutyers are on so why should I go on" thing, anyway.

Nearly all time I'm on my DUTY and when you want me to go on, add me to SF or find STALKER named Dmitri Sergeyev and ask me OOCly to get on DUTY. (no metagame please ?)
Back to the point, the server is down, so we can't get on...

WHY don't we come up with a better system to deal with this problem. It is quite obvious the factions are going to be inactive, especially when this period of the year is the most active for life activities. I mean, what do you expect? People are not playing their characters on ANY faction recently because people *hopefully* have better things to do.

Sad to say, but, telling people "Lol GET ACTIVE" is not going to fix this problem, kicking them out does not solve it either. There has to be a better way to deal with this problem.

If anyone from Duty is online it's me.
Being in the base, patrolling and so on.
Setting up the base.. bla bla.
It's the other people that don't come online.

I remember we had like ten guys online minimum at some point.
