I would love to say this now Freedom will never have a Attack chopper neither will Duty this is reserved for the Military only. Freedom and Duty may have transport helicopters (Small ones if silver ever lets up on crap)

I do not spawn choppers at will, and infact, I've hardly been on my pilot. I've hardly used a helicopter.
