The Neotokyo SDK was recently released which is amazing, after messing around with the props and figuring a few things out, I slowly started to make something that formed into that

This is pretty cool, and coincidental. My friend was planning on making a Cyber-Punk RP, like "Snatcher" based in Neo-Tokyo.
