Backstory

The Beginning:
It was 1242, In the city of Drakon. Towards the sky people shouted and ran, screaming for their lives. People watched in Horror as their loved ones burned to a crisp. Huge flaming boulders careened towards the city. Houses were mere twigs to them as they smash into the ground, sending shockwaves upon the land. As soon as the rocks stopped falling, people came out to peek at the sky. As soon as they came out, Disaster struck again. Lighting bolts came hurdling towards the helpless, Earthquakes eradicated anything standing, Sending anything into a gaping mouth inside the earth. When people looked up at the sky, the last thing they saw, Was two mysterious eyes looking straight through their soul. Then it was over. People could not believe something like this happened. They thought it was the work of the Baron, trying to convince them to let him be king. But as the Brotherhood of Halos believe, It wasn't the barons work.

The Gathering:
The old king posted an announcement throughout all the land, asking that anyone with knowledge of the magical arts explain to the kingdom what had happened at the city of Drakon.  Magicians and Wizards all came together throughout the land to contemplate what had happened to the city of Drakon. As they argued day and night, saying that it was the work of hell's minions themselves, Or it was the baron himself killing for pleasure. They tossed ideas back and forth, But no one could agree of that something of this magnitude could be anything that they discussed. Then, a small group inside the discussion agreed and believed that it could be the god of destruction. Only a god had the power to do this, and it seemed right that Halos would try to destroy the city of Drakon. All of the Magicians and Wizards that were outside of this small group disagreed about this and called it downright blasphemy. They shunned them and outcasted them. Saying they were traitors for saying that a God would do this.

The Wandering:
The group that was shunned from the other Wizards had believed with heart and soul that the God of Destruction, Halos was the one who did this. They were awestruck by his power and wanted to be just as powerful as him. They scoured the Land, searching for items of power. They would even give their lives to get what they needed to be just like Halos. To this day they still search, hoping to find something that can help them reach their goal of becoming just like their God.

The Post-War:
Now the wizards following the God of Destruction, Seek the power of the gods. Taking anything they want, Destroying anything they want. As the wizards who discarded them as just fools see them growing ever stronger, They now realize that believers might destroy everything that they've built. In the time of no king, And the whole land in Chaos, They have found an opportunity to find this power and become gods themselves.

Note - This is NOT, i repeat NOT a guild, it is a group of believers fighting for the power they seek, that doesn't mean they DM to their hearts content, this is a professional Serious RP Group.

Also it is not just Mages and Wizards, The brotherhood also accepts Warriors, Necromancers, Vampires, Anything that can help them. We are not mage only.

We are mostly a faction that do not involve magic, magic is only for the Good RPers that have proved themselves to use it. We use magic as a last Resort to attain what we want.

This doesn't mean that as soon as you "Prove" yourself, you can go and DM and spam all you want. You won't even get a weapon unless we deem it so.

That would be a good idea, besides, if this was to go through, i wouldn't just accept anyone.
