I can't read the red text and... I don't get it. Why do they have HL2 guns instead of S.T.A.L.K.E.R guns?

Sorry, it got squeezed in and it crunched the text. The red text says "cn i haz mi gunz bck lul"
They don't have StalkerRP weapons because this was done on SinglePlayer and I couldn't find the models.
