My silent rage

Personally, I hate forums. I hate applying for things, it's awkward and full of E-drama. I hate posting on forums, I hate getting involved with them. But today, I have a point to posting a ragepost without rage.
For those who will never know me as a person, as a human being that walks down the street accross you. As a person that sees the world from a different pair of eyes, as another human that gets by everyday just like you. Let me tell you something, when I bother to post on the forums a short or long one about things that are wrong, I tend to get into it. I enjoy the counter views and opposition towards my own. It's one of the few things I respect is people that state their minds. So I'll state mine.
I'll ramble here, as I do, as I am who I am and that is me. Bear with me.
I shall continue then with what I protest currently.

Why doesn't Rohok, have admin?

Here's a question I ponder often on the server these days. Lately I've been noticing admin handed out to people that donate, or people that simply don't deserve it. For some fucked up reason, we gave it to Vityas. We noticed that was a mistake, and why the fuck did we do it anyways. We all knew he was sort of a whiney bitch, but we did anyways. Then I hear it going out reguarily to people I don't even know apparently, people that donated. Why don't we hand admin out to REASONABLE people, and sensible choices. I know we decided you don't just get admin for being faction leader, but that's not practable anymore. Rohok simply needs admin, because he need authority required to handle leading a faction. We all know he's a good person, despite he gets mad from time to time and speaks his mind, but hopefully don't we all?
He can't even spawn himself an exosuit, which as we decided was part of his rank. He has to regurily beg other admins for it. I watch over and over as his inventory or otherwise glitches, and we persist with this annoyance. If anyone doesn't trust Rohok with admin, I insist you reply now, and speak your piece. I would love a good list of reasons why he -doesn't- have it. Or why he -shouldn't- have it.
I know this isn't an exact quote but here's a conversation I had with Locke I belive about this.
I asked "Why doesn't Rohok have admin?"
And it went like this,
"Well he can get mingey at times"
"When?"
"When the server is super unserious."
"What seperates him from everyone else on the server then?"
"You got me there"

It's inconvievable that he doesn't have admin.


Why doesn't Duty recieve any RU at all? Why doesn't Duty recieve any RU at all? How in imagniable FUCK do we get money from anything, if we aren't paid at all? How the FUCK do we create jobs for stalkers or hire mercs, or do anything requiring any money... when in between us all we have 300 RU each, and no possible way for more? How do we get money, want us to be busboys for the bartenders? I'm sure we could steal all the loner jobs. Oh we don't get money to avoid softening us up? It's fucking stupid. I demand a set wage of some kind, or I and a few others are going to keep bitching till it changes. That's a lame threat, but it's a fucking lame thing to have to threaten for. I'm positive I can talk quite a few members of duty going on strike till this shit changes, even if none of you care. Alot of us are agitated, alot of us. Stupid things like this don't help.

Why do duty members have ak74's?
Why do duty members have ak74's? This subject was brought up before, but it was subtely forgotten. I'm reviving the subject, because it doesn't fucking make sense. In the ACTUALL game. I didn't see anyone with it, like one or two. We used fucking Groza's and Vintorez's. Our main weapon was the Abakan, not this shit ak74. I'm so tired of this gun, and it doesn't even make sense that we have it. I'd love some reasons why we're still using the ak74 if anyone volunteers go ahead and explain it to me.

I gotta agree on all these points. I'm sure someone is going to winge saying its just Duty having a bitch because we got owned or something along those lines. These are real problems and it hampers us in so many ways. My Duty character cannot afford to hire anyone to do anything let alone, god forbid, make missions for the average stalker. Like has been said above, the chances of anything changing are slim, i accept that. The only way to have things changed is to communicate concerns and fight for these changes, if you sit back and do nothing, nothing will happen.

Military got Demoted to using AKs also. I am sure Silver Knight has a reason for it, besides the fact that if he gave us all super guns, gunfights would last all of a half second, due to people like Locke nad their aimbots :D


Also, when it comes to Rohok getting Admin, I support it. Rohok is a prety cool guy, eh banz teh minges nad doesnt afraid of nothin.......  More serously hes a terrific RPer, he loves this server, and he leads Duty, which means he can handle responsiblity.

Most importantly, he admits when hes wrong. The worst possible quality for a admin to have is to think that they are always right, that they are infallible.
The one time i have seen him really minge, he shot me from a guard tower in mili base, and his reason was "You have a bounty on your head"

I was infuriated, i sent ihm PM after PM o nSteam freinds, YElled at him in vent, cursed him a blue streak, insulted him, degraded him, told him e was just a Dmer looking for a reason.... And he replies iwht a single sentence  "Your right, that was horrible, im gonna get off for tonight so i dont keep minging."


After all that, all the cursing and flaming, he agreed and made a sensible move. That is the kind of person we need as a admin. He didnt get into a arguement, he didnt insult me, he saw the best course of action and took it.

Rohok deserves admin, easily one of our best players.

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to or not, but Rohok I'll give you some money so you guys can setup missions. I hope I don't get in trouble.

You were given the Ak 74 because it is a cheap weapon, it is good, and they are well in supply. You can earn money and buy faction tiers so your weapon types are better. You, Rohok and all the other dutiers can make a petition to have it changed. NOTHING Big though, you are not assigned grozas or Vintorez because they are not that common. The abakan was a good choice though, it's so powerful.

The script HAS a wage actually, when you look at the faction selection in F1 menu, it is there. SK has it disabled because on the new script when it was enabled, a few people just sat AFK collecting money. I'll talk to Sk about it.

I wanted rohok to stay, he's a great person and roleplayer who deserves admin. Also, I was mostly kidding around on Vent, I didnt actually think he was a minge. Heck ,everyone's a minge at times.

And another thing : Freedom, Mono, Mili and all the factions dont get a wage, its coming in the next script.

About weapons: I think there should be rookie, experienced, vet, co-leader, master flags for every faction, each with a diferent weapon set so that people that deserver more cash and better load outs get them.
