Slaver Union's veto

Hey I noticed as I was browsing around that the slavers union has a monopoly on slaving. I'd like to start this topic dedicated to the removal of this fairly silly concept. I feel, yes, slavers should have there own group as this really can improve their roleplay quality greatly. What I'm sort of pissed at is this "If you're not in, you're removed". People should be able to make, and fairly decide to roleplay how they want. This offends me in this TnB'ish nature of ressistance. It simply resembles that shitsystem where you can't roleplay being rebelious without being in the ressistance. People should God damn be able to capture, and enslave roleplay whoever they want if that's how they decide to roleplay.
That being said, on the other hand making this Slaver's union is appropiate, and I support their view upon other slavers, but I find it an in character thing. They should kill and remove opposing slavers in character just like Bandit factions kill and remove enemy bandit factions. Giving the Slavers union veto power on the playing field for how slavery is done, is simpley inconcievable. I'm requesting the immediate removal of the standard "If you're not in, you must start over". This just ruins roleplay quality. Just because certain people don't grasp how to appropiately use the english language and use good grammer, doesn't mean they roleplay poorly. Abloshing this whole form of roleplay for anyone but yourselves, is selfish and childish.
If anyone agrees or disagrees, I'd love to hear any and all opinions.

First off, that is how we work. Running a slave camp and not being, or contributing to the union, will result in your camp being raided, and all goods/slaves you have become forfeit. You obviously can't grasp the concept, so let me lay it out in lame man terms. If you're NOT in the union, you WON'T be viewed as a slaver, nor will you be taken seriously. It's -that- simple. You can still claim to be a slaver, but I doubt anyone will want to rp it with you. Think of it like this, people that are seen as GOOD slavers, will obviously be in the union. Clear it up for you?

If no one wants to RP with a freelance slaver just because they aren't in the "SLAVER UNION" and automatically assumes they are horrible RP'ers, then they are an elitist fuckwad who needs to hobble his little faggot fuck shit ass back over to T, N, fucking B.

If I catch a Duty member excluding some poor little freelance slaver from their reindeer games, then they will be booted from my faction with no hesitation. I'll tell you right now, no matter how much you hate someone, or no matter what you assume from the get-go, you will NOT ostracize them. Everybody has an equal chance to play with the big boys, and if you can't grasp that, you'll find yourself out on your ass without a faction in a heartbeat.

::EDIT:: I have no problem with excluding people ICly, or shunning them. Not necessarily directed at you, Plague, but more so... directed toward the people you're talking about.
