Happened to me three times this week.

Yeah I got a surge of them like 2 months ago. The funny thing is I'm a regular over at some TSRP sites and the surge hit and like 10 people go "ZOMG MY STEAM ACCOUNT IS GONE". My first instinct was to post something along the lines of "If you fell for that you're too stupid to own a Steam account".

Though I have yet to figure out how to report that...

Take a screenshot from the desktop stating the persons name, steam page, date.
Then send it to steam support via ticket.And you get rid of a retard.
