Mr.Tea Wont give me a french merc suit that i lost in a crash

He didn't want to refund a 70'000 ruble worth French mercenary suit.Even though the server crashed and i lost it he didn't care.I have a chat log of the argument.Where he say's he doesn't have to refund nothing even if jesus stole it.I have talked to a member and he said "If the server crashed and you lost it, he should refund it."(It was said a bit otherwise, but the same idea).

THERE IS NOTHING OFFICIAL, i have searched the whole forums, there is no written documentation of anything regarding refunds, so do not say everyone knows you can refund suits or guns, if it isnt official and written on the forums, then it isnt true. Check your sources. All i see in those pictures is the reason i kicked you, flaming me four times over a suit.

So at this time i REFUSE to give out any refunds until the things stated above are fact. GOOD DAY.

I dont see why tea should have his admin revoked. He was just doing what an admin has to do. And theres no refunding on the server as far as i know of, since it would mean u could be refunding items u never had.(lying), you didnt even supply any evidence that you had it and being kicked for flaming an admin is a decent enough reason in my opinion. Refunding depends on the admin, there are no stated rules on it. I personally don't mind refunding stuff, but that's just me.

When I lose somthing I just forget about it and earn enough money to buy it again. I don't mind much unless if its 50k and higher. You just gotta know when to ask the right admins. Also read the bottom text in your first image. I think that should be the only time you get refunded... But thats what I think.
