A Synopsis On The Current Situation

Look you guys we're a fucking community, and we're causing so much shit and bad air between each other. The administration team is in fucking shambles. Everyone is trying to get down the other person's back because it's full of a bunch of 12 year olds who want to tell others what to do. And the players are putting words in the administrations mouth. We're all friends, and things are only going to get harder.

If we don't straighten out, HGN will go down. I've seen this happen to communities before. You guys cause problems and people have a grudge against us. IT WILL COME BACK TO GET US. Quite frankly a lot of you need to grow up and chill out. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but the way some of our leaders have been acting recently is just appalling. NOBODY IS EXEMPT FROM THE RULES. Look, if you guys want to continue the current track, HGN is going to die. Alot of you don't have another community to get into.

If you really care about HGN and this community, you will all straighten out and get along with each other within the community. If there's bad air between you guys, that's fine but do not bring anyone into it. The admin team needs to just relax and realize that if there are no problems and everyone is having fun, that there is no need for an intervention. We all need to learn when to push and when to pull. If it's causing no problems don't make one. But all in all guys if you want this community to continue being any near successful, straighten up and fly right. I'm not naming any names, but some of you better watch what you doing because don't think the head administration doesn't know. The hammer is coming, don't be under it.

lol uhm... to be honest, in my opinion..
HGN died for me, probably not for anyone else but it did for me, and for the other members who left.
This is probably why I'm an asshole or a dick a lot, because when I get ticked off from someone, then all hell breaks loose from me.

I feel like we've taken a hit too. I wouldn't say died. But we've hit rock bottom, and some times you have to, to come back up. But if you guys can't start holding your tongues and tempers your going to force the HA's hands. None of us want to get rid of any of you, we really do all like you no matter what it seems, but if we deem it best you go, you will be asked to leave.

What we need are admins who are dedicated not just to managing the server and make sure it runs to the bare minimum, but rather have admins who create role play, make people happy, and stand up against abuse.
I guess you could call this the perfect admin model, but you don't need to be perfect to do these things, you just need to do your best and please the community!

I don't know exactly whats going on but I have a idea of what happens mostly in most RP groups, players drag admins into arguements and the admins don't always make the best decisions, making the players blame the admins for doing everything wrong every time they mess up on one little thing, admins instinctivly hate players that do that and get a little more strict, Its about everyones fault.

Its not just in RP communities, I have been in an other clan for a very long time, everything that could have happened did, and we fell apart because there were grudges.

Hmm, Funny how i haven't noticed anything.

I have a feeling that this is turning around Stalker rp.
And I think that's the problem, this community is looking more like a Stalker RP Clan/ community.
Than a normal gaming community with a vararity of players, I mean look at all our other servers, they are pretty deserted, instead of just quickly peeking in and get some population on the deserted servers, at least for an hour or two. But ppl rather go into the stalker server and then find out their inventroy ate their gun and get pissed off.

I think that we should begin to think less about our Exos and other shit, and start actually doing somthing for HGN, like keeping a broad spectrum of players interested in HGN by playing a little on the other servers, vararity is the key to succes for a gaming community, otherwise we're just a clan.
We need to look a little further and realize that HGN is actually more than just stalker RP.

True the inventory bug is causing some chaos because people think they can't rp without their guns, and rarely they are right. I'll say that most people want to keep their things because it makes them think their at a disadvantage. Fix the bug and the whining will go away.

Well somthing i've noticed in SRP is that many HGN members act immature quite often, which is promoting many of the public to follow. This in turn is causing some massive issues within the server. I just want to prepose that anyone wearing the HGN act more mature. You were accepted into the community believing that you are skilled roleplayers, but it also means that you should take responsiblity and grow up. *Everyone stares wondering who i am*. I know i dont post very often on the forums but i try my best on the server to act mature and take responsibilty for any problems players have, point out problems that may occur and try to help make the admins job much more easier and show that we aren't just a community that mess' around constantly.

Well I heard in a movie once that you can only change once you're on the brink of destruction. I'm not sure what's going on with the administration but whatever it is it should get straightened out right away! 'Cause people are leaving every month including admins!
