No support, they could of posted that app, lost their gun a day later to a fight, then ask us to refund it using the app, without us ever knowing they lost if fair and square.

No support. Your job is to please people. I refund people no matter what they say they had. I mean usually its not that big of a deal. A suit or a gun. Who cares?

No support , a good way of making sure if they are not telling the truth is :

1. TP to him.
2. (For example he said ''I've lost SPAS12 , Mono suit , VSS and SVD'') you say something els and better , if he says just 'YES' without repeating the list of stuff then he lies for sure and you can ban slap glove him for 30 mins.

I originally thought of this idea my self. Hmm I think I might just follow Kahns advice it won't cause too much trouble. Just be vigilant.

There are not enough traders to sell guns, and cant buy/sell guns, ammo, whatever.

I dont refund weapons/suits. I know people lie to me so i just dont do it anymore.
