SRP_TheZone_V1 (Update - May 24)

Information/News:

May 24th - Sorry for my lack of updates in this thread, I haven't been mapping too much. Anyways, they're are some new pictures for you to look at.

This will be from now on the WIP thread for SRP_Redemption_V2. If you have anything to say then say it here, don't bother me on SF.

About the map:

In the basic sense, this project is about bringing redemption closer to the feel of the Zone. It's the cultivation of my gained experience of mapping here at HGN and the challenge of making a beautiful open-world map in the confines of source and the hammer editor.

Key Map Features:

- Beautiful, detailed, open-ended world.
- Large variety of unique locations that have their own distinct style.
- Exploration. Venture deep underground, or through an abandoned apartment.
- Highly versatile. Fits any type of players needs. Everyone should find their home here.
- Great Performance. Anyone with a mid-range PC (1-3 year old PC) should play this map smoothly.
- More, Ukraine type architecture.
- NO MORE EP2 CONTENT. All you non-EP2 owners will no longer see errors and checker boards.
