I know Brandon is a good, focused RP'er and so far he's been handling leadership well. I'm confident that things will be run smoothly.

Pretty much sums it up. Hes gotten things done despite my sudden disappearance and has been efficient at his job. Like i've been telling people, if you have a complaint or a suggestion both I and the leader at the time are always open to hear them. Assuming they are constructive, of course. Brandon is doing a good job, and anything that I feel would ruin the faction I have no problem smacking down. While Brandon does lead and make the decisions and choices, I still pretty much moderate the faction and make sure it doesn't trail off into a military dance team again, or a PMC again.

Rebel and myself have a lot of the same ideas in terms of Military, so it's a rather good Leader/Co-leader combination between us. Like Rebel said, if you ever feel there's a problem, have a concern, or simply want to ask something about the Military, at least one of us are always on Steam. As an outward notice to anybody who's interested in it; Military is not hiring Military Stalkers, Mercenaries, or anything of the like. I like to keep things serious when you're on your character, and it's fine to goof around a bit, but when it doesn't compromise roleplay of Stalkers. If a Stalker can see you, I expect a serious roleplay from each member, 100%. I know some of you may ask for more corruption, but corruption isn't necessary in Stalker Roleplay, it's just what's been seen in some games, similar to how Freedom in Clear Sky smoked weed, but it's not a necessity in the roleplay, just a sort of skeleton idea. If you have any concerns, feel free to message either of us on Steam, just be constructive and not rude.
