I'm just going to state the obvious and say that maxi is the only one on there that will put enough effort into it. Are there any others that will become the ruler and actually do their job?

Cp is actually a very good leader. He's run a few small things like the Mongols and such but he also ran the Welden and has alot of good ideas for various factions and lore. I'd probably be a pretty bad overall leader but I'm still putting myself forward for roles like Guard Captain, Advisor, etc.

Yes. Not me, I don't really want to be King/Leader.
But let's be clear, the "Monarchy" isn't necessarily evil or tyrannical, it can be whatever the king/queen wants.
The job is just doing what's seems sensible IC, working to better Aceon OOC, and not being a complete douche. At least, that's what I consider "job"

I voted for 2k, but CP's cool too. Whoever's voted isn't really the lord/writer of lore, I think. The only authority I can see by King/Queen over faction is if there's a faction tax/if a faction has to be approved.
Most people have already ran a faction or two, and I actually think you might be a good leader.

Might be, lol. Though I wasn't the best advisor for Maxi, let alone leader. I meant lore as in he has various ideas for the overall city "theme". So like what it could turn out to be, the other positions etc. Tbh, I'd say this is a pretty good list. Everyone on it has had some leadership experience or has good ideas for how to run and design the city (though if you asked me to either my experience or ideas, you might be waiting awhile..). LET'S JUST SEE HOW IT TURNS OUT. (And whilst I'm making a post that may or may not be read by alot of people, R.I.P Star Wars. Sorry, had to be done.)

I misinterpreted what you meant as "lore", sorry. Yeah, I agree it's a good list. The only thing I could do is try to build everything myself and have it organized.

I thought CP was always gone due to school (trips)? Did he stop getting shit to do every day or what?

The trips and holidays was because it was either after exams or summer holidays, last couple of days I have been away with my gf for her birthday but I am now back, I will try and get on for at least an hour everyday weekday and probably more on the weekends during the day and possibly the evening and night.
Also I am trying to advertise Aceon at my school for the younger years so we might get a small influx of retarded assholes or normal people as they are normally known.
