That's not how a Monarchy works.


A peasant or those of the lower class who does not DIRECTLY associate with the Monarchy in a way would only be allowed to visit the King in times of extreme crisis or to inform him of a surprise attack, in which the guards would probably get the information and tell him instead of the King.

Every king must visit his public, or else they would be ruled by a specter, and would grow restless of such a rule, being oppressed by a King who has no public relations.

Point: That suggestion is retarded.


EDIT:

Liege Lords, Nobles, Lesser Lords, and Great Lords would be able to see the king with matters of varying importance. If there were Houses, this importance would be on wars between the Houses, and struggles for rule in the absence of one crowned King or Lord Regent.

You make a valid point, but I'd like to think that some of the Aceon group know that saplings drop for a reason. As for stone and other stuff, nobody's really going to ever be able to exhaust 5kx5k whereas a smaller area will also limit things like money coming in by reducing precious materials

If we actually get people to stick to that, it should work. Maybe we should make a thread where citizens put down their characters job, age, etc so we have a record. Then they stick to that job and app until the character dies and a new app is made.
