I'm disappointed they came on to grief.

What did you expect, really? It's KyleVin.

+ support to bring this back
Keep on keepin on. Lifes a garden, dig it.
Minecraft: Axxal
Steam: call_me_axx

I hope to recreate the essence of The Provectum with Fyrria.

I never planned to bring The AP back as a real entity. That would be boring.
Instead, Fyrria will just bring back its spirit and the fun we had playing at being Hoity-toity Steampunk Aristocrats

Roster needs updating...

Anyway, are Enderchests legit?
Can they be used IC?
Without a mage that is.

I guess so.

Flowers for Algernon

And then the serum wore off.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
I literally have nothing to say... that is all.

Red Dwarf series. (4 books I belive, good comedy)
'It'
The Pillars of the Earth
Call of Cthulhu
Barry Trotter. Lol.

And then I have bunch of Czech Books, which appear not to be translated.

A Crack in the Line. It's a really good book, dealing with concepts that might make your brain hurt a little.

Atlas Shrugged -never heard of it
Moby Dick - good
The Great Gatsby - boring, the writing is really good though.
20,000 Leagues under the Sea - interesting
Prospero Burns - never heard of it
Les Miserables - shit
A Song of Ice and Fire Series - godly
The Odyssey - Meh.
Raven's Flight - Never heard of it
The Hunger Games (First book, rest are shit.) - They're all shit.  The writing is that of a 5th grader. The concept is cool though.

My recommendations

The Dark tower Series, specifically the first book Gunslinger. It's so awesome.
The Stand, quite a big read but it's sooooo good.
The Hunt For Red October, this is probably the greatest coldwar/naval book ever.
I Am Legend, excellent book that influenced the zombie genre.
The Postman, very good post apocalyptic book
The Road, EXCELLENT Post apocalyptic book

If you are going to take my reccs, start with either The Road or The Gunslinger. Those two are easy reads. Be warned though, The Road is very very depressing book but also the best. The longest book out of all is between The Stand and The Hunt for Red October. I'd recommend The Stand over Red October.

This is only a small list. I read a shit load over the summer (I love reading). I have more upon request.

Imberston
The frozen wastes may not hold much appeal to the common man, but hold a bountiful wealth to the wily merchant. The snowy realm held in such barbaric views is covered by a sweeping forest of tall pines, firs and spruces. These strong woods are an extremely sought after commodity to both the rich and poor, strong beams and supports can last many years for a poor family, and fine sturdy furniture is a necessity for the noble looking to impress. Alas only a few of the races of Aceon capable of withstanding the plunging temperatures and speeding blizzards of constant winter,  one such race is the Skanda, a hardy Nordic people, easily withstanding waist deep snow and icy nights.
One such community of Skandan is the town of Imberston. Settled on the shores of a frozen lake, Imberston is nestled inside the great evergreen forest. Just a day or two away from more temperate climate, Imberston is quickly growing to be a stopping point for all specialists in the freezing woodland. Trappers arrive to sell both rare furs and meat for the rich with discerning taste. Loggers and lumberjacks trudge in dragging great trunks of hardwood to sell for building work and furniture. Fishermen carefully enter after venturing on the delicate ice selling rare fish packed in ice for great banquets and balls.
Imberston is the centre point of a growing market; it was initially started by the brothers Jord and Sgorr Imber, two lumberjacks and carpenters hoping to escape the bustle of a more civilized land. However, the ice-covered forest is not without its dangers. The frozen lake that Imberston rests next to, is full of cracks and thin sections, many a reckless man has fallen through the ice never to be seen again. Even those considered wise of the lake can be caught out, Jord Imber, co-founder of Imberston, also fell through the icy sheet leaving nothing but his hat and axe to remember him by.

The Assembly meet to pass judgement and to help run the community smoothly, the spokesman for the Assembly is the town Headman.

Armed Forces ~ Imberston does not have any dedicated armed force. This does not however mean that  it is undefended, nearly every man and some women, are all capable of wielding an axe or sword when needed, and many have a degree of skill with the bow.

Role-play and Territory~ The frozen lake and its surrounding areas are considered to be Imberston land. Any faction moderator or the faction admin can decide if the actions any others take in Imberston territory is In Character or Out Of Character when not specified (basically no jumping around and being annoying or you fall through the ice). Role-play is considered the most important part of the faction, taking precedence over building, hunting, and mining. If a member consistently avoids role-play they will be kicked from the faction. When joining the faction, new members can decide whether they are new inhabitants or have been living in the town for a while. Most importantly we hope you have fun in the faction, we try to keep RP new and make some mini faction events as often as we can, so that it does not grow stale. If you are on the Assembly then you are given faction moderator rights.

-snip- Gonna be a fishman.

So Aceon is dead. And no one seems like they even want to go back on the server. Are we just going to leave it as a dead corpse or could we all just try to get on and breathe new life into it? I have many good memories of times on Aceon and seeing it dead is sad. I don't know if anyone agrees with me on this but I miss Aceon and want to enjoy the fun I had on it again.

If i can, i'll try to become more active to playing on the Aceon server.

Caphori/Terraria is doing well enough, i might as well try to help bring back the glory of Aceon.

I'm just waiting to mess up your day. Honest.

Biggest problem, me and beans especially, is we cannot get on at all without being disconnected. I reckon the 1.4 update might fix things but until then there's nothing we can do to get on.
I literally have nothing to say... that is all.
