I do not know how to say this, I was shocked.  I dont even know how I managed to keep so calm about the questioning.  An hour ago me and Junior Pyro and Junior Paladin Halt went on Patrol, after questioning some locals I was intrested more in the Enclaves acts against the Wasters and the NCR.  I ordered my two units to stay by a rock formation and bring me cover if the Enclave opened any hostile relations against me, I did not trust them and for good reason.  I moved infront of the Enclave base and signaled a Trooper who spoke to me.  After getting to know him a little, I got straight down to business.

The Enclave are fond of the Brotherhood of steel, these reasons from what I gathered is apparently they believe we completely and utterly dislike the NCR, which is false.  They seem to favor us for our technological advances as well.   My understandings are that they wish an alliance so they can increase their own strengh in terms of technology.

I soon questioned the power armor they wear and the Vertibird they have inside there base, although I could not determine how they obtained it, I asked if they had scientists and Mechanics.  The responce was yes.  Judging from what I have seen on the Codex and of the Enclave, there armor is mass produced and there is no information on the Codex.  They must be developing it, thus they must be more technologically advanced then us.  How I can back this information up is simple, after asking about his armor, he directly was able to confirm what suit I wore being a T-51B.  They know what suits we wear and I judge there suits follow the same design flaw.

I questioned the Enclaves actions against the Wastelanders, I was able to confirm that apparently the Wastelanders that died in the previous reports entered there terretory and was shot on sight for it.  It didnt make sense that the Wastelanders would not get warning so I asked what they determined that they owned.  They said the base they have all the way to the bridge.  We do not claim too much infact wish to keep small, they seem to want to expand and since there is no warning signs.  They clearly wish to expand quickly however the war with the NCR is taking a toll.

I asked about the Enclaves aims, apparently they wish for a pure humanity, no mutants.  Seems noble enough except they are willing to stop at nothing to make humanity pure.  As noble as it sounds, its quite ruthless.  He did say that they might cure if they can, but its impossible to cure mutations ( I had a brief look at the scribe logs in the Codex concerning radiation).  Either way, this is taking control over peoples lives, and from research practically everyone in the wasteland apart from us is mutated in either a big way or some small way.  This determines they are a possible threat to Wastelanders or seek control over there mutations.

I asked about the war with the NCR, why do they dislike the NCR.  I was told nothing about the fact the NCR started the war however was told that the NCR plan for domination over America.  They wish to secure a new Government and it can not be simply allowed in there eyes.  This made me curious, if the NCR want to secure a future for the people and a Government to stop violence, then sure thats not bad?   I looked deeper into it and asked more questions.

So what is the aim of the Enclave?  I asked this and found that the Enclave wish to unite America under the old world flag, this means bring back the old pre-war way of thinking.  I didnt like this too much, especially since America started the war that caused today by firing the war heads.  I asked about who would lead America if successfull?  They have a President already, I was told this.  They have a President already.  These guys are serious.  And he himself said "The Enclave will stop at nothing to secure America." 

The war between the NCR and the Enclave
No matter who started it, being the NCR.  The war was going to happen anyway, the enclave have it in there interests to destroy the NCR and it does not seem to be for protective reasons but reasons simply because they are in the way of securing America.  Sad to say, I guess the same could be said for the NCR, in my eyes the NCR and the Enclave are the same in those terms.  Yet the Enclave seem more frightening for there power and techniques in what will happen to anyone with a mutation.

What should we do about this?  The Enclave are powerful, they obviously can supply themselves with technology easily, they can develop weapons and are in a struggle with the NCR.  Appears to me that the only reason we arnt a big target on there list is because we arnt like wastelanders, we dont have mutations like they do because we seclude ourselfs in bunkers.

The Enclave unit mentioned some thing about Private Materials, the Enclave are doing somthing quite private in there base and no one is allowed to know.  Even the Private himself said he didnt quite know.  The Private mentioned his Major, I suspect the Enclave forces are larger then we have seen, they have a established military force.  They refered to one of our Juniors as a Private, so this means they have no idea about our chain of command, which is good.

I probably learned more, but let me share a little information about the Enclave I met.  Hes obviously lower ranking and has been on guard duty for some days so he has told me.  Though its obvious hes a low rank, I dont know which rank nor his name.  I know he seemed friendly enough, but concidering they want a alliance with us, I found his appearance a little false in some terms, he was way too welcoming, especially since I was not shot at and yet on there "Turf".  Things dont quite add up.
