Due to continual inactivity and lack of seriousness from Kropfi, I'm considering booting him from the leadership post and giving it to Hitman instead. NCR is probably one of the more important factions in FRP, and it needs to be active. Mr. Pink will still have his own characters to sort of "outrank" everyone for special events but that's another story.

Spades, I'd love to get active, if the server didn't have 0-4/45 people on everyday.(Mostly 0-1/2 players) Don't complain that I'm inactive at all. I said on the LOA boards, I'd be inactive for a while.

And lack of seriousness? Every time I go on, Hitman is doing /charfallover and doing backflips. Don't point fingers at me unless you know the facts, Spades.

Also, in regards to my first statement, if the server got more activity, I would do the same. EVERY faction's leader is very inactive, INCLUDING the BoS/Enclave (No, I do not blame Rebel/Pistolkid for this either, their duty is the STALKER servers, not FRP.) Even a few admin's are inactive, point is, the SERVER is inactive, not just me.

And last time I checked, LOA was for when you we're going on a break for a while/being busy/whatever else. I feel like you're just targeting me when the entire playerbase is "hibernating". Spades, even the BoS faction which you lead, has been more inactive than I have.

Well if you got on and dragged your friends on, that's at least 4 or 5 players... then it's a chain reaction. Then more people log on. That's how SRP gets up in the morning. Don't use this logic. Otherwise, empty server stays empty.

Citation; FORP doing brilliantly before our mini-shitstorm in very early February. We had 18+ players on daily between November and January and no admin had to even log in. It was perfect. It meant we admins did our job so well we didn't have to be there babysitting everyone.

Mr. Pink has explained to me that in the real military, getting to Private First Class is actually a big deal. Corporal is a REALLY big deal, and they are basically "Sergeants in training" because they show promising leadership qualities. You need to streamline the ranks. If you guys don't, I have to do it for you. I want to see NCR's military comprised of a couple officers, a few NCOs, and an assload of privates. My "top-down recruitment" theory only worked correctly for Brotherhood, it seems, since Brotherhood's structure is very different.

When? I've never seen it. If you manage to get at least 4-6 people on, feel free to bug one of the admins and be like, "HEY, WE'RE ON, YOU GET ON TOO!" That's acceptable. Though it equally irritates me when admins use this same excuse not to get on. Just get on. Get on during peak hours which start at roughly 4-5PM EST (or 8 on weekends).

Although STALKER has been sapping up activity too with the new map. People will get bored quickly enough. :P

Hitman is a great roleplayer when not screwing around in TS, I've tried getting on when 2-3 people are on but when I get in everyone else is gone so I get off too, I'll def be on Saturday, Today (thursday) and tomorrow I probably will not be bcus of unit tests and things coming up, I had two today and I bombed one so I can't fail anymore this quarter or I'll pass the class with a D.

If I remember correctly I have removed Hitman's fall trust multiple times but, this still doesn't excuse the absence of activity on the server.  So, in tending this statement, pick a good NCR leader I don't care who it is just someone who is respectful and doesn't screw around 24/7.

Also, Shorten up the ranks a bit we have far too many.

I will back kropfi on this one. The server is very empty and when it does have people on it, its usually a small number. And kropfi tends to be a very serious leader he is the one telling every one to get IC.

NCR as a whole screws around in TS a lot. At least in my experience. Also FORP is a post-apoc, if a group of people join it should become somewhat active. Stop whining about inactivity of the server it's not an excuse.
