Major Faction Leaders

Leaders i want you to clean up your rosters, remove everyone who is in-active and shrinken your rank systems they are too big. Also i want to see leaders active because leader of a faction is a good example for other members that no-matter how full or empty server is, you guys are still up for leading your faction and creating RP to anyone who drags his/her butt online. Also i'll start monitoring leader activity so i suggest quitting all your Skyrim, ME3, MW3, BF2 and whatever else you guys play...  and make your faction the best. (I don't mean no-lifing FORP i just want you guys to make it better. If you really CBA to move, assign a member to deal with it but be warned if assigned member will fail you will be the one facing consiquences and again if i see that member did greate job while you didn't even show up to help, the member mostlikly will be promoted to the leader and you demoted/removed depending on the decision of new leader [Demotion will be guaranteed])


For a small stimulation i offer a reward to the most active and well running faction take it as a competition.
Factions that won't become active will be over-viewed by admin team and the future of the faction will be decided.

That being said don't start ass-recruiting. :P The "competition" is designed to help FRP for everyone. Not to "win" at Fallout. Don't go sabotaging other factions ICly (unless it's done properly, with reason,) or OOCly because we'll take that into account. You can't win points by stealing faction members from other factions for instance. We're asking for activity and good RP. Not a crapload of lousy RPers like, say, a certain Doomburger pulled when FORP crashed the last time...

Co-Leaders should lend their part as well. Sometimes the main leaders aren't around. Plus, if we need to replace leaders, co-leaders will be who we look to next.
