Military Update 14.04.2012


As we all know, military haven't been as successful as they should have been within the last few months. Many new things have been tried, swapping leadership, sparking conflicts and tensions with other factions, temporarily closing military, and finally creating it into an event faction. I've been ignoring this problem for the last few days, but it has come to my attention that I can't, and won't let Military ultimately die.

Updates;

- TheAndyShandy has resigned from Military leadership, and has been granted permission to still use his character but under a new name and appearance. Kropfi also has this permission. I will update this with more names if need be. Andy also has auth,

- Ex-Military leader, Radek, is stepping up to fill this leadership position once more with his Major. Vasili Kracov.

- Militaries major faction status has been revoked and instead the faction will be lesser, along with Ecologists and such.

- Radek has full controll over Military recruitment, and as a consequence, military is hereby wiped. Military characters must be deleted unless given permission by me, IronDeity or Tom to use it. Anyone without this auth who still uses the characters will be dealt with strictly. If gear from Military characters are seen transferred through onto other characters, player bans will be dished out through the help of our logging system.

None of this is up for debate, these changes take effect immediately.

By that you mean Duty.

I don't really think that the moving of Military to lower factions is really necessary. Before the map switches we were extremely active, even now we're active, just not as much as previously. Nevertheless, I respect your decision and I'm hoping Radek will arise to the occasion and bring the Military back to its former glory.

On another note, Duty hasn't been active either. I think the only activity its had recently was the on Sr. Sldr. who got executed on Freedom camp.

Either your definition of active is different than mine, or - infact no, there is no or. You're were inactive as a faction. We've been keeping a close eye for a long time.

That was Sr-Sldr. Alek, but besides that meaning you only see him when you are online doesn't mean other members are inactive, in fact I play everyday on my Duty character, if you haven't noticed.

Either way, besides myself and Alek I must agree.

The active ones are pretty much me, Paralyzed and Ace. The others are rather inactive and I know for a fact that Dante has left HGN alltogether, yet he's on the roster. But now we've had quite a few people apply in Duty. Just be active on faction chars please, I mean what's the point of applying to a faction then never playing there?

Also, I hope the military will get more active as well. Not fun with just Freedom and Duty ;D

I believe none will force you to make a new character/backstory from scratch.
