He was treated like a slave to his parents as well.

When the raiders shot Liam in the leg Wesley came back to get him then the raiders got Wesley to the ground and shot him in the head.[/font][font='dejavu sans mono', monaco, 'lucida console', 'courier new', monospace][/size]Liam was traumatized by seeing his only friend die as raiders knocked him out. He woke up with these people in desert clothes they said to him that they were NCR and then they took him to this little village and gave him some water.[/font][font='dejavu sans mono', monaco, 'lucida console', 'courier new', monospace][/size]they left in a house with a bandaged leg he fell asleep him dreaming about his friend being killed he was also dreaming about being ncr. At the age of 25 he went of to find a another town that could accepted in to there town so he then could join the Ncr [/font][font='dejavu sans mono', monaco, 'lucida console', 'courier new', monospace][/size]to help keep the place clean of raiders just for his friend to be proud of him. At the age of 25 he trained alot with computers and medical so went of to find a village that he  could help and they would  accpect him in there village so he can become a ncr.
and clean out all the raiders he can and make his friend proud.As he was walking he found a place while he was walking a ncr walked up to him and said "welcome to amaragosa we hope you are safe here" then liam was abit scared senice he didnt trust anyone but he liked the welcome and then ncr took him to a bar where liam could stay for a while and then liam thought to himself i might call this my home.

But mother of god, Liamrew this is your third application - you already have been denied twice.(And few more times on stalker faction applications)
WHY for sake don't you just..I don't know create whole new backstory?Because just some little changes in your backstory really won't help you.
