When dealng with most animals

You should be trying to kill them for survival reasons. Like birds (or that crow  that viststed the town the other day) Who in their right mind would feed a wild crow food that has been stocked and stored to ensure the peoples survival? it's a stupid move, because now someone is going to have less food becasue you decided to give that crow the food that would have gone to that person. You should have been trying to kill it. it's bird meat, not some pet (unlike the dogs) that has some sort of emotional attachment to you, it wont try to save your life if you're in danger. it wont try to comfort you like a dog would, it's a damn crow for crying out loud.


Seeing a bird randomly fly into town should  be shot so it can be used as food for the hungry.  Stop throwing bread at it, you're just wasting food on animals who dont give flying fuck (pun intended) about you.




Dogs on the other hand are great pets and can be used as guard dogs to help defend the town. They can also help with hunting too.


Crows wont help you if you're in danger, they'll fly away and wait for the danger to pass. Then they will fly down and peck the eyes out of what ever died in the fight. They wont try to swoop down and blind your target like some sort of super crow.

That one bird could feed about three people. I'll gladly waste a bullet or two if it meant I could eat that day.


or if you dont want to shoot it, throw a rock at it. try to stop it from flying away, then beat it doen with a stick or something.

You can leash a bunch of birds and make a flying raft by tieing them all together. Feeding them has its benefits. :3
