Jagger, these are not rules, these are suggestions/points for a guide you are putting forward.  Please change it from a rulebook, to your suggestions for roleplay, or your guidelines to good roleplay.  Rules would employ these are being put forward by the administration of the server.

I have nothing to do with the faction other than that I run the library next door.  Why don't people flock to Demon or Ange's factions?  Oh wait, Demon is in a forest in the middle of nowhere and Ange has a giant waterfall of lava closing off his faction, that and CradleRock is infected with the plague.  So I really disagree that it is my presence that draws people to the faction as I have contested your claims.

Also, Soviet "Communism" is known as Stalinism, and is a totalitarian, authoritarian ideology that is nearly the opposite of a Marx Communist society, actual Communism, or what people would call a utopian society.  The Soviet Union was not a utopia, nor was it actually Communist.

No one has done anything similar to this because its not required.  Would you please actually write what I ask you to, like the Grey Elf lore (which I have been waiting a week for)?  Rather than wasting your time on this when I could easily just copy/paste the SRP/FRP roleplay guide with a few changes made to it.

When I was talking about soviet communism, I did not mean Marxism, Leninism, or Stalinism in particular. I meant a country trying to put place an Utopian ideal and it ultimately failing. I guess I should have just said communism in general. But that's not important.


  I am absolutely baffled that you haven't caught on to this, but I never meant anything about Voisk. I was talking about the Druichi Commune. I have a lot of bad memories based around that time period of the server. It was the first time I truly realized what kind of person you are; maybe not as you act in real life, but at least how you act on the internet. Taking control of the server through the people's apathy really pissed me off. That is why I have acted this way from that point on. I wasn't going to let myself be sucked into that kinda thing. And in doing that, it caused me to do certain actions which have led you to rather not have me here anymore. Like I have said, I respect you as an admin. But it doesn't mean I respect you as a person.


As for that dumb Grey Elf lore, I could really care less about it anymore. The elf race used to be something special to me. But not anymore. It's just another part of your lore index. Get someone else to right it; won't affect me in any way.


In fact, I really don't care about much when it comes to this server. I think I'm just going to hang around the forums for a while until the next map comes around, maybe it worth RPing then. I know it'll be a while but oh well....

I am baffled you are even talking about something that happened months ago, that has absolutely no context to anything happening on the server.  Why you are constantly at my throat for what you perceive to be my qualities I have no idea.  I guess you are still angry I wouldn't let you play as a ten year old demon infused dark elf prince from the plane of shadow, you left for a while after that.  Maybe it is best you leave for a while again, take another break and cool off.

I'm wasn't stressing the fact that there was a point in time where a faction only thrived because an admin ran it (though I have now made it look more like that after ranting even more about it), I'm just saying that an admin running a faction is not a good idea. Because from what I've seen, the server eventually stop RPing because of it.


The server shouldn't be filled with all this political bullshit. If we focused more on RPing and less on Official races and magic licences (which are kinda dumb when I haven't seen anyone use magic in fights since Ermor). For it is an Role-play server, and role-play servers are about role-playing.

Jagger, all you have done in my opinion is cleverly disguised insults and barbs at me in the form of "attempting to make the server better".  If you really wanted to make the server better roleplay-wise you should have made a guide to roleplay, not a guide of everything I think needs to be changed, including server policy.

The reason why there is "political bullshit" is because we don't want a damn Dark-RP server where there are no rules and everyone can do everything and anything, and roleplay degrades into shit.  The official races are there to make sure people don't came on and think they can play as dragons (just an example but we have had a person like this), and the magic applications are there to make sure that people don't abuse magic powers or make stuff up off the top of their head.  I am sincerely sorry these things inconvenience you and that you think they are "dumb."

I have seen plenty of people using magic in fighting, and it has all gone along rather well I have to say, despite Taco's comment where he breaks the roleplay down into basic parts, which you can do for anything.  From my time spent on the server, just over the last two weeks, you have BARELY come on at all, and the only time I saw you roleplay was when you spent an afternoon flirting with Kay, and you insult other people's roleplay?

I think you know absolutely nothing about the administration of a server, and so should say nothing.  If you want to make a guide about roleplaying, thats fine, but if you hate politics so much, then stop involving yourself in them.

We're getting a bit off topic, but Ramnacha, did you read the questions for magic, or just respond? If you actually read them, I must be horrible at explaining things. Also, if you don't think the community could use a FAQ, feel free to delete the thread, and I'll not press the issue again. As to the BR, I know why, but I heard kids questioning it, so I wanted a official response to quote.  Now, onto other things. Updating thread, trying to fix some stuff.

Yes, there are certain spells and abilities you cannot use in your magic application, and me or Port will tell you what that is when we go through your application.  I think this one is self-explanatory if you go through the old magic applications and look at them like I suggested.

Yes you can add spells you learn ICly to your magic license, however it has to be an ability that makes sense based on your mantra and mage type.  You cannot add a Ritual Healing Spell if you are a Sorcerer who uses Fire Magic, even if someone tries to teach it to you in-game.  I also think this is PRETTY self explanatory, not just in common sense but also if you go back into the old magic applications like I suggested, and look at the people who added spells to their license, like for example, duraga131.
