If you can't handle the IC consequences, don't cause IC problems. Not all Duty are ex-Military, and even if they were, it doesn't mean Ex-Ukrainian Military. One was in the USMC.


Typically, the Military doesn't even want to be in the zone. They are deployed here and forced to come. Most would understand, IF Duty was full of Military deserters, as you seem to think. There is no real law in the Zone, and surely no Military personnel wanting to waste time with the court marshalling of a few deserters.

Duty and the Military have a common goal and a common enemy. That goal is to keep the Zone from spreading and that enemy is Freedom.

What problems did we cause exactly? Please state the problem? We started absolutely nothing we were passive. In fact stalkers came to us and told us you were all dming and killing all stalkers at the checkpoint so we started absolutely nothing. And now the Military to put this correctly doesn't give two shit's about either side's which means they don't care if we kill each other. In fact they encourage it by supplying duty with transportation and thats about it but Military WOULD NEVER under any circumstance lend forces to Duty. They are supposed to shoot both Duty and Freedom on sight anyways in the first place...

Well, take that up with the Military. The Military can't be EXACTLY like the S.T.A.L.K.E.R Military, people. It'd just be a giant Shoot-on-Sight DM faction. They can have allies and enemies.

A group of S.T.A.L.K.E.Rs came to US and requested OUR assistance in a counterattack against you. If that information was false, then it was completely IC and the S.T.A.L.K.E.Rs lied to get us to attack you. In the Loner's group was an ecologist, and one or two others. The Military Sergeant, a close personal friend of mine IC, also assisted. So, we had three Duty, one Military, and two or three loners. Anyone else who joined in after that we had NO control over. You requested their support, I suppose, and my counter broadcast swayed them to our side.

My Sergeant, Rencamo, was far out of line all night, and it was starting to piss me off. He did pretty much whatever the fuck he wanted, no matter what anyone said, and thought that his sister or something was taken hostage. After he charged off in the direction of your base to pretty much suicide rush, I had to stop him. This happened at the same time the loner group came up, so we had two reasons to attack Freedom, when we really don't need a reason to attack Freedom at all. We're fucking DUTY.

My Sergeant killed ONE person at the checkpoint because she wouldn't listen or respond for shit. She was coming of Freedom territory, then saw us and made a MAD dash back to you guys. The Sergeant stopped her, then questioned here. She wouldn't respond, he pretty tore her to shreds... Which I opposed of, but what happens in RP happens, unless it's completely impossible or completely unrealistic.

I WILL admit that people on BOTH sides, especially Rencamo on my side, came back from the dead like three or four fucking times. I plan to put a stop to this, and so should you guys. After we cleared out the entire place, no survivors, we were attacked again.

So, basically, fuckups on both sides, but we had every reason to attack you. Military isn't pure canon, or it would be a DM fest. They can have allies and enemies. Duty is NOT all Ex-Military.

On another note, this is the FIRST DAY I've ever had the chance to really RP as the Duty leader, or with all but one of my men. I'll figure everyone out, and iron out all of the kinks.

And you had no reason to attack us we did nothing. And about eight stalkers came to attack us also you all have PDA's as well and so do Ecologist they would know damn well if we kidnapped one of there own also we are allied with Ecologist so why would we kidnap one how come no one uses logic before they think with there gun and go pew pew? Seems to me Duty finds any opportunity to find a fight or battle or fight someones battles.

It's Stalker RP. It's a violent base for RP. If it's an unannounced attack, shoot to kill. That's the way the rule is currently. If it's not agreed to before hand, it's STK.

I will admit that RENCAMO's injury RP was absolutely terrible, and I need to talk to him about a lot of stuff that happened that day. Although, that situation is actually very possible. He may not have even be terribly hurt after that, considering the vests we use are capable of stopping an SVD's 7.62x54r rounds. Granted, maybe only two SVD hits, but I'm pretty sure it can sustain a light pistol mag. I did, however, see him return to the battle after being killed multiple times, and I will put a stop to that shit.

I will NOT announce an attack on another faction. That just might be the most retarded suggestion/request I've ever heard. The Zone is a dangerous place, you should always be ready. In Rwanda the military didn't call ahead before going into tribal villages and slaughtering everyone they found to ask for permission... And the tribal villagers didn't say 'Nuuuh, we're being PASSIVE D: We're making meager bread loaves, plz, no attacking!'

No body armor will stop a 7.62x54r round. Unless you are wearing Dragon skin or you have ceramic plates but even then you would fall to the ground stunned.

Cobra, what kind of infantryman of a paramilitary organization would be caught without a ceramic plate or three in their vest? We're not Somali rebels, here. We're a well-funded force. I do, however, agree that if you're hit with an SVD and you do have a vest on, you're going to hit the ground and not feel so hot. You'd probably still be combat-ready, but your vest would be compromised and just about useless against rifles from then on.

In the future I will warn you, and you alone, ahead of time of any major attacks on Freedom. I expect you not to metagame and set up super-barricades or ridiculous non-protocol defenses. If this starts happening, I'll stop warning you.
