hey if a piece of clothing like sunglasses are part of your character can u use it or not since my guy has one eye so he wears sunglasses

You are supposed to go here to apply for the server by filling out a CS, then when you are accepted you are supposed to ask a mod for the password.

Mods you can ask are listed (under "Current Whitelist Moderators:") in the first post of the thread I just linked you to, after acceptance you are to ask for the password from one of them via PM.

Just got on my Terraria world. AWESOME NEW UPDATE. I can't wait to apply this to the server! There are vultures.. and cacti.. and New Items... And Weapons.. :3
