FIRST day back home. I goto restart comp and now it stays a black screen. dunno how long it will be before im back...If you have any ideas just throw them out there.

I assume this is a desktop.

It could be monitor related, as I had an issue with mine some time ago.

It be better to be more detailed and tells us your specs.

Its just a regular windows vista laptop.

Alright... well.... that really didnt help. Having someone look at it and figure out what they know about it... If they cant do anything...Im getting new comp and hard drive transfer.

When does it actually shot the blackscreen?

It goes black with the backlight still on after loading up. I does so right before log on screen to type my password. Already found a nice comp... but still deciding between alienware or this comp.

Unplug. Hold power button, Do a manual restart. Or force reboot, What ever they call it. Google it on your phone

Already did the reboot and everything. I tryed the system restore before i restarted it. It said i had corrupt files and stuff. not going to bother reinstalling my damn comp.. I have decided on a nicer laptop if my friend cant fix the damn comp. going to have to reinstall all my shit anyways. not alienware laptop, fuck dat shit.
