Why do you feel we should pick you over somebody else?: I have been VERY dedicated as a super admin on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R Roleplay server, i feel i deserve this position since i usaully am on the forums all the time. Has Leni's full support on this spot.

How dedicated to HGN are you?: VERY, i have been a member since November 29, 2008, Exactly 2 days before the first S.T.A.L.K.E.R server went up, i have been with HGN ever since.

If i were to accept you, tell me how would you carry out your admin tasks on the Forums: Edit flame posts, lock/remove pointless threads, Edit mistakes, Take requests from users who havent been added to "rosters" and such.

Help people correct their mistakes, and other errors influencing the board in a negative way. But also make sure that the board is a nice and friendly place to be at.

How dedicated to HGN are you?: I'm on everyday, and even on the forums. I basically can be considered a stalker if the forums were a living person.

If i were to accept you, tell me how would you carry out your admin tasks on the Forums: I would look at every post, making sure there is no flaming, or trolling going on. If the thread is derailed I'll get it back on its tracks. And if its just a stupid thread in a place it shouldnt be I'll move it to the right board, or move it to the Gay Vamp Castle.

If someone made a thread in the wrong area i would move it to the right area. If the person was just trolling it would become locked. I would make sure no one abuses the forums and split the unity of the forums.

Mine-Dog Server Admin, Bomb-Dog Server and Forum Admin, Inertia-RP Co-Leader, CS:S Server Admin. I've also managed a few of my own forums.

Why do you want to become an Moderator?:
To clean the forums up, mainly. It's almost impossible for someone to find exactly what they want in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R forum because of unnecessary clutter that belongs in the Gay Vamp Castle. Old announcements are piled up that either need to be deleted or merged into one big 'What You Need to Know' Thread. The General category is often cluttered with things that need to go into the Vamp Castle or Fast Threads as well.

Why do you feel we should pick you over somebody else?:
I have the experience, knowledge, and maturity to get the job done and actually FIX the problems. Silver, you told me you had too many S.T.A.L.K.E.R Forum mods, and my only response is, "Then they're not doing their damned jobs and you need someone who will."

How dedicated to HGN are you?:
I plan on staying here for a long time, because as far as I can tell HGN has the best S.T.A.L.K.E.R RP around. I check the forums multiple times a day and I try to get on the StalkerRP server at least once a day.

If I were to accept you, tell me how would you carry out your admin tasks on the Forums:
I would remove many completely unnecessary threads and outdated announcements that no longer apply, first of all. Then I would merge the countless old announcements into one organized thread. After organizing and generally uncluttering everything I would rename important threads with a proper name so people actually know that it's important.

Once all that is done, and I've completed a thorough scan to make sure nothing else needs doing, I would correct any further mistakes made and there won't ever be a major backup like this one to deal with again.

Other Notes:
If I am chosen, I would like to express my support for Laferio to fill the second spot. He seems very capable and I believe the attitude he displays in his application isn't just a show to get the spot, as I feel is the case for some other applicants. His timezone would also benefit the community, being less mainstream than someone on the East Coast. We need an adequate Moderator for the General category, which he wants to oversee.

Why do you feel we should pick you over somebody else?: I don't feel that I SHOULD be picked over somebody else, in fact, I would be happy for the people that did become a moderator instead of me. But, I am a responsible person, and do not abuse or misuse administration abilities. I also try to be nice to people, instead of flaming and being a dick if someone does something wrong or dumb.

How dedicated to HGN are you?: As dedicated as I can be right now, I usually get on the forums every day that I possibly can first thing. I have a busy schedule, but I usually am on every day for at least 2-3 hours. (That's on a really busy day.)

I've been a moderator on a game called Magik RP, A unique built fully with 2D icons for the Byond engine, I was the owner of the forum so I made sure no spawn posts occurred or anything else that disrupted the board. Another community tried to troll and I I.P. banned them all and deleted their posts. [Much like with Connor, There was a lot of gay porn.] Besides being a moderator on the forum I was an admin in game and had to regulate the flaming.

I was a moderator on a game called Cow RP, Again I helped regulate the boards and stop the trolls and flamers.

On Mercenary Forums for the HL2 Cakescript role-play, I wasn't a moderator, but I helped the forums there. Some people would post in the wrong thread and I would direct them to the correct one. They would post a broken picture link and I would help them fix it. The community has since disbanded and I have no idea where the players went, Though I do know the former owner is now a high admin with N-Gen.

Why do you want to become an Moderator?:

I want to become moderator so we don't see posts like, "lol" or just pointless posts like the sort. This way I can make sure people don't jack around and if someone trys the thing Vityaz did I can at least partially clean up the forum.

Why do you feel we should pick you over somebody else?:

I've been with this community for awhile now and want to help it more then just sending in money to keep the server ups.

I'm so dedicated I spent one-hundred-thirty dollars in donations out of my pocket to help keep the server I always play on running.

I would make sure people stay on topic and don't disrupt the forums, Make sure there are no spam posts or threads popping up around the forum. There is no warn system that I know of, but if it's admin only then I'd raise the warn for spam and lower it in a week if their good.

I've run/own/maintained and moderated my own The Specialist RP, I've had admin on various CS servers, some Zombie Survival, some normal CS servers. All of them have involved dealing with the spamming noobs who yell "Hacker" every 3 seconds or the CONSTANT onslaught of complaints and requests for their RP items etc. I've also had to moderate the forums for all the above servers that I've been an admin

Why do you want to become an Moderator?: I want to contribute more to the community, I feel that I'm not doing enough to help it by just playing on the servers. I'm also hoping to become a real member of the community, not a passing one.

How dedicated to HGN are you?: I'm part of the HGN Machinima group, I'm Co-Leader for the Traders Union, I'm hoping to get a Dev App in sometime soon ( gotta set up a portfolio) and I'm hoping to get some dedication to the new HL2RP. I also play the HGN STALKER server almost daily.

If i were to accept you, tell me how would you carry out your admin tasks on the Forums: I would use swift justice for the obvious rule breakers, deleting spam ridden posts, banning flamers and trollers, and helping organize the areas of my moderation by pinning, locking, and acting as a moderator between two arguing parties and hearing both sides of a story before acting.
