Flashlight Problem

I don't know whats wrong, but when I turn on a solar powered flashlight my frames just drop so low where I can barely walk. I have no clue what's wrong and I'm hoping someone here knows. If it's something simple that I didn't know about then fine. Maybe if someone else is having the same problem then they could just find this thread and everything could be nice for everyone.

It's not the flashlight. Your computer sucks. No worries though, my computer does the same.

Or, it's because you have a incredibly high ping. Just saying.
