Previously, you have proven to be unwilling to adjust mistakes of your own: case in point, banning Turkey for no reason, and then refusing to revoke the ban.

Admittedly, I do not make policy, but I am a player on HGN; it is my opinion that an administrator sacrifices their own time for the enjoyment of the playerbase. In short, if you make a mistake, no matter the steps required to rectify it, you rectify it.

Edit: Perhaps not significant, but still a minor peeve - you appear to do a lot of things that are entirely nonsensical, such as spamming welcomes in the Introduction forum, despite some of said threads being more than two months old, or welcoming eroticduck, three times - twice after they were banned, and it was explained in the thread. Let us not forget that you posted this thread three times, as well.

The point I am trying to politely make is that, perhaps, you may not be an appropriate person for an administrator. It requires tact, diplomacy, and intelligence, not the ability to spawn large amounts of artifacts. This is also the reason why, despite regularly butting heads with them, I can respect administrators or former administrators such as Nitro, Sharrock, or Paintcheck.

On another note... I dislike the notion of attacking Silver's actions, as I understand the importance of balancing RL and online, and I am aware of his contributions to the community... but as far as I can tell from the chat log, there is very little to indicate that he attempted to resolve the situation. Even a simple note such as, "I'm watching Game of Thrones at the moment, but I'll talk to you after this." I might be entirely wrong, however. I was not there for the entire conversation.

Turkey is a troll that shouldve been banned months ago but instead of banning/Exiling/getting rid of bad players Exile demises good players. Examples:Afro, Sharrock, and Radek.
As for Silver being too involved in HGN, I know this and this is one of the reasons he's always in a bad mood. I've told him before to take a day or so off and go relax because I can understand that it gets on his nerves to deal with HGN shit sometimes.
I remember when Exile/Silver use to come down in vent and play games with everyone and o hey he was actually relaxed and cool to play games with. Now everytime he talks to anyone he thinks they want something which is usually right.

When frozenfire asked me about removing the strikes, since Blake departed temporarily, I told him there was no reason to remove it. He understood then started to tell me how he will get banned. Kept telling him to just follow with the rules and all would be well.

As for Turkey, yea he is gets annoying at times, but I generally don't see too much of any issues when I'm on. He tends to just screw around every now and then, probably from hanging in the GVC too long.

Silver though, he should take a bit of a break, but then it would just hit harder when he would return. People would complain that he ditched them and then his break would become worthless. Also, he has had joined games sometimes, though he mostly works. And on random days, I get a message from him about something related to updates or just something random.


Last, the whole paranoia with Rag and how everyone is out to get him is a bit ridiculous, but he had a rough start. With BoS, Ranma, and being an FoRP admin. He made a few choices that landed him in hot waters. But if anyone hates him still, it should only be because of his personality or how he still believes everyone hates him.

Ahaha, Radek being a good admin and an RPer, he spawned himself a G36 and a SKAT at the start of SRP. After me and Dug got him, we made him remove all of the equipment he had. Every. Single. Thing. And he was powergaming (I heard) most of the times. Sith, you have not a single clue what he had done here, when you were "away".

The reason I maintain this mindset is because nothing has been proven otherwise.
I know my personality is coarse, to say the least, but I try to be amicable.
I know I'm pretty much "That guy who thinks he knows everything but doesn't" but I can't help that.
People are trying to detract from me and say that my paranoia is getting the better of me, but the timing of everything is just too ridiculously coincidental.
I try to deal with my paranoia as best I can, in real life and in the interwebs, but at an impasse such as this I can say one thing:

I'm not as paranoid as I was. The shedding of Blake (I think?) and Sith has allowed me to see that shit actually runs properly, given right conditions and timing.

So, TL;DR - I'm getting less paranoid and I'm starting to calm down about the whole "Corruption" illusion.

I'm happy with this outcome. Yes indeed. Silver has proven he can make the right choices, but I believe that he needs to take a less involved approach to administration and let CSVs do their jobs. But hey, what do I know?
